Here are some phrases you can use to fix appointments:

Rescheduling an appointment:

  • “Could we reschedule our appointment for next week?”
  • “I’m afraid I won’t be able to make it to our appointment on Tuesday. Could we reschedule?”
  • “I’d like to change the time of our appointment.”

Confirming an appointment:

  • “Just wanted to confirm our appointment for tomorrow at 2 PM.”
  • “Is our appointment still scheduled for Friday at 3 PM?”
  • “Please let me know if you need to cancel or reschedule our appointment.”

Canceling an appointment:

  • “I’m afraid I have to cancel our appointment.”
  • “I won’t be able to make it to our appointment tomorrow.”

Scenario: Rescheduling a doctor’s appointment
