Here are some phrases you can use to fix appointments:
Rescheduling an appointment:
- “Could we reschedule our appointment for next week?”
- “I’m afraid I won’t be able to make it to our appointment on Tuesday. Could we reschedule?”
- “I’d like to change the time of our appointment.”
Confirming an appointment:
- “Just wanted to confirm our appointment for tomorrow at 2 PM.”
- “Is our appointment still scheduled for Friday at 3 PM?”
- “Please let me know if you need to cancel or reschedule our appointment.”
Canceling an appointment:
- “I’m afraid I have to cancel our appointment.”
- “I won’t be able to make it to our appointment tomorrow.”
- “I’m sorry to cancel, but something has come up.”
Scenario: Rescheduling a doctor’s appointment
You: Hello, I’d like to reschedule my doctor’s appointment for next week.
Receptionist: Certainly. When would you like to reschedule it for?
You: How about Tuesday at 10 AM?
