Here are some phrases you can use to reschedule or cancel an appointment:
Rescheduling:
- “I’m afraid I have to reschedule our appointment for [date].”
- “Could we possibly reschedule our appointment to [date]?”

- “Is it possible to move our appointment to [time]?”
Canceling:
- “I’m sorry, but I have to cancel our appointment.”
