  • “Could we possibly reschedule our appointment to [date]?”
  • “I’m sorry, but I need to change the time of our appointment.”
  • “Is it possible to move our appointment to [time]?”

Canceling:

  • “I’m sorry, but I have to cancel our appointment.”
  • “I won’t be able to make it to our appointment.”
